So, if you're a teacher, you will understand this...it takes awhile to get used to summer; to unwind and not feel anxious about having to do so many things in so little time. That's exactly how it was for me. It took a long time to get used to going to bed later....sleeping in past 4:41am, and not feeling so anxious. But alas, as soon as you get used to that...SURPRISE! Summer is over and its back in the rat race you go! I got my classroom set up, my lessons planned...and I'm ready to go back. I know I will be exhausted for the whole month of September. Le sigh.
That being said, I have had a blast shooting sessions and editing the pics to make the beautiful final pieces. I took pics of my parents' 40th anniversary. They were so much fun to work with--very entertaining, funny and patient. We sent my parents on a scavenger hunt for their anniversary and I was able to take pics without them knowing. Tee hee. That was one of the funnest nights to date. I loved being able to see their faces. Congrats you two on 40 years of marriage!
